Nicola and Wycliffe

Nicola Pinn is preparing to work with Wycliffe Bible Translators.  Although the Bible has been translated into the world's major languages, there remain around 3,000 languages that do not yet have a translation of the Scriptures.  This represents about 380 million people in the world who do not have access to the Bible in their mother tongue or 'heart language'.  Wycliffe Bible Translators and partner organisations have a vision to see a Bible translation programme begun for each of these languages by 2025 so that all people can really hear the gospel in their own 'heart language'.

Nicola plans to work on an Old Testament translation project in Mali, West Africa, and is currently in Cameroon en route for Mali where she hopes to be towards the end of the year.

Updates will be added here as Nicola progresses through the year.
