4th Quarter - October to December 2005 Nicola felt called by God to use her language skills in His service so in 2005 she applied to and was accepted to work with Wycliffe Bible Translators.

From August to December 2005 Nicola attended training courses at the Wycliffe Centre in Buckinghamshire. During that time she explored various possibilities for an overseas assignment and felt that God was calling her to work on an Old Testament translation project in ,
From September to November 2006 Nicola will attend an Africa Orientation course in before travelling to towards the end of November. Until then she will be based in West Malling while she makes her preparations to travel to her assignment.
Members of Wycliffe are not salaried and so Nicola
It is the intention of the Missionary Committee to support Nicola through the Additional Missionary Fund for one quarter every year to supplement the support of our church and enable a more individual involvement. This took place for the first time in the October to December quarter of 2005 and £771 was raised and added to Nicola’s support fund.
