Nicola felt called by God to use her language skills in His service so in 2005 she applied to and was accepted to work with Wycliffe Bible Translators.

There remain about 3,000 languages that do not yet have a translation of the Scriptures so there are about 380 million people in the world who do not have access to the Bible in their mother tongue or “heart language”. Wycliffe Bible Translators and partner organisations have a vision to see a Bible translation programme begun in every language that needs it by 2025 so that all people can hear the gospel in their own “heart language”.

It is the intention of the Missionary Committee to support Nicola through the Additional Missionary Fund for one quarter every year and this is now the second time we have done this.

£720 was added to her fund this quarter.
